Hi, I’m Nitin

I am currently a Ph.D. student in Dr. Jonaki Sen's lab at Department of Biological Sciences and Bioengineering (BSBE), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, India. 

I am a pharmacist-turned-developmental neurobiologist, and this is because I find almost any topic related to the brain and its development quite intriguing.  I am fascinated by the structural and functional complexities of the mammalian brain. For my PhD research, I am trying to understand how the cerebral cortex develops and what goes wrong, which may lead to various neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs).
